Juan Ignacio Picado is a native of San Jose, Costa Rica. He came to the United States as an immigrant in 2004. Juan received his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013. He received his Bachelor's Degree in International Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida.
While in law school at the University of Florida, Juan was awarded the Book Award in International Trade Law and also earned a Certificate in International and Comparative Law. Juan was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 2013. He is a member in good standing of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Florida Bar. Juan practices in the area of immigration law. He represents clients in the areas of family immigration, removal defense, and business immigration.
Speaks English and Spanish.

Jorge E. Rivera is a native of Puerto Rico. He received his law degree from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and received a Bachelor Degree in Social Science from the University of Puerto Rico.
Before his career in law, Jorge E. Rivera served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Border Patrol Agent at the U.S. / Mexico border and as a Special Agent with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Investigations.
Jorge E. Rivera represents clients with their family immigration including immigrant visas, non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, consular processing, and with removal (deportation) defense. Jorge E. Rivera is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Founded by attorneys Jorge E. Rivera and Juan I.
